WW2 era Wrist Watch nylon strap made for the Marine Corps by the old Ranger-Tennere Company in NY. The nylon band was a move to provide the troops with a watch band that would handle the rigors of combat and resist the rot and deconstruction of leather and fabric watch bands in the Pacific campaigns. These are unissued , on the original backing and in ‘cordovan’ color. The lugs are 16mm which handles the military watch fittings of the era. These are in extremely good condition (like new), having been properly stored over a long period. Very limited .
