Set of two 1911 WWI Pattern .45 Lanyard Loop Magazines w/ Lanyard and Pouch
These are rarely seen now a days. Best way to participate in fast combat shooting where you must drop and load mags quickly. Avoids damage to your dropped magazines. WWI Cavalry and vehicle crews would keep 2 or 3 mags on a lanyard for combat purposes! Original mags came with hemp twine so you could tie them to the lanyards individually. These magazines are made on the same automated machinery as our famous magazines shown above. This is the mag to have if you want to be serious about CQB firing and reloading quickly. Very popular for modern combat pistol tournaments.

Note the lanyard
Pouch and mags are what your would expect, the lanyard is a comic joke, suitable for a cub scout knife only

M1911 .45 mags. pouch and lanyard set
Pouch well made and set looks like the original issue, good price for the set. Magazines would not drop freely or lock on last shot. After some manual tweeking got them to work. Didn't expect highest quality mags for the price of this set. Overall I'm happy with the authentic look of the set and the price.
