This gun was built from an already firing pocket pistol design with the exception of using a obstructed, vented "Blank" barrel. It was designed to shoot blanks for self-defense and to scare away the "Bad Guy" but it was not a functioning firearm, so no registration needed. The problem was with these blank barrels, they left the original .25acp chamber. A .25 acp cartridge will chamber and fire BUT the bullet has no place to go, possibly creating a catastrophic malfunction, possibly leading to the death of the shooter. Only use .25 blanks. The firearm is in very good condition with minor wear marks; trigger spring is broken.
