Finally found a small lot of USGI M1 buttstocks with cross bolt installed. No other metal attached. These are disappearing from the surplus market quickly. Always selling out of these so get one while you can!

Incredible find
I was quite shocked to receive a stock still wrapped in the original ordnance factory packaging. This stock is well over 70 years old. I held it in my hands looking at it thinking about it’s production. From the person that cut the walnut tree to the person that so carefully wrapped it up in special paper sealed on the inside to protect the wood. I’m sure all of these folks are now in Heaven. The stock is an absolutely beautiful piece of historic American walnut so carefully crafted. Don’t hesitate to buy one. I would love to spend a week in Sarco’s warehouses looking at the lifetime accumulation of history.
