These have been sleeping in our warehouse for 20 or 30 years. Absolutely brand new unissued. Conetta Mfr. These are from a U.S. Government contractor buy out years ago. This is probably your last chance to get a new original G.I. buttplate. When these are gone, that’s it! Limited numbers available.

Pitted Buttplate Trapdoor
The buttplate itself is good. Looks new but not as dark as picture. The trap door however was pitted all over the place. Looks like Conetta might have assembled these with used trap doors. The fit is also tight. Had to open and close it a bunch before it would snap shut. Overall ok but not worth the $40
