This is a beautiful Japanese Type 44 Calvary carbine, comes with original bayonet and dust cover. It has a 19 inch barrel; the top of the chamber has a beautiful unground Imperial Japanese Chrysanthemum, over the kana markings for Type "44". It has the original Type 44 pistol grip stock, left side mounted sling swivels. Includes brown leather sling. There is a crack on the left side of the buttstock and has 2 deep dents on the forearm and grip. Retains most of the blue finish with light handling marks on the bayonet housing and muzzle.
