Enfield #4 MKII spike with rare MKII experimental scabbard.
This uncommon scabbard has parallel sides and is made of very lightweight steel tubing.
It is believed that only 25,000 experimental Mk II scabbards were manufactured by the Franco-British Electrical Company, Tempel Park, Hurley.
Condition is used very good.
Scabbard Markings:
Scabbard (Throat): broad arrow proofmark
Scabbard (Bottom): "S191" very lightly stamped.
S191 was Franco-British Electrical's dispersal code.
Bayonet Markings:
