Original SMG converted after the war for use by the Carabineri police units who sought an improved grip safety which had been modified into the right side of the stock. Primarily this change designates the gun as Beretta 38/49 Model 5.
This parts set includes the cut receiver and cut barrel as required by BATF. Kit does not come with magazine, but we have them available in 3 sizes separately. All other parts included and in very good condition. A great basis for a gun build!
