1911 Grip Safety with Cut for Skeleton Hammer

This is exactly what the doctor ordered. If you have a skeletonized hammer and you need clearance this is the part that you need, especially if you don't want to go full beaver tail. Extremely affordable and literally dropped right in. I tune all my parts but that being said this literally would 9 times out of 10 just drop into the average Joe. Exceptionally functional and very classy looking. A+++!

I wanted to upgrade a couple 1911s with a classic “rat tail” grip safety. I ordered two, and they shipped quickly. Fit and finish is excellent, and they dropped in with no additional work required. I plan to order a couple of more to have refinished in satin nickel for a couple of other projects I am working on.

Feels way better in the hand than the standard gi grip safety and works with spur hammers as well as delta hammers. Originally bought it as a place holder until I got a beavertail grip safety fitted but I think this one looks cooler and is comfortable to shoot with. Will definitely be buying a few more

Bought this just to see what the differnce is because the turds won't update their website with a picture. This is just a standard safetey with a small notch to clear the round profile of the larger skeletonized hammer. Nothing special here.....
