REGARDING LOCAL, CITY & STATE REGULATIONS!

SARCO makes a large effort to keep abreast of state & local gun laws. With over 20,000 laws on the books this is a Herculean and impossible job. Some of the products sold by SARCO could be restricted for sale in your local area, while not restricted nationally. This could include, but not be limited to firearms, ammo, parts, high cap mags, edged weapons, air guns, etc. You must determine your right to purchase, own, use or resell specific products offered by SARCO in your jurisdiction. As local laws are constantly changing, it your responsibility to determine if a product is prohibited before ordering from SARCO. You warrant by ordering from SARCO that you are a legal adult without any legal restrictions from ordering and are complying with all state, local, and federal laws. ADVICE????? PLEASE, DO NOT CALL SARCO for legal advice on guns. We are not a legal firm and therefore are not able to give any advice. Any discussions had with any SARCO employee are to be considered as guidance only. For questions on legal gun matters we suggest you call ATF. That’s what we do.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

~ There are different procedures for Ordering PARTS vs Ordering FIREARMS ~

 

PARTS & ACCESSORIES - How can I place an order for parts and accessories?

1) Order Online! Visit www.e-sarcoinc.com and place your order the easy way! Its fast, secure and convenient!

2) Give us a call at (610) 250-3960 - Phones are open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST (There are no telephone services available on Friday nights, or Saturdays. Please do NOT call then). We have a live Receptionist to answer your call immediately and direct you to the person you need, to get you the prompt service you deserve! Our friendly customer service will take your order right over the phone. If possible, please have the part #’s of each item ready for our order takers. If you have any technical questions, they will connect you to the most appropriate department.

3) Email your order to info@sarcoinc.com - Please include your name, address and telephone number with the items you wish to order complete with part numbers and what ad you saw them advertised in. Please indicate whether your address is commercial or residential. Include you customer number with your order and all inquiries. Your customer number is your first and last initial plus your 5-digit zip code. (Example jm12345).

4) Come to our Showroom! 50 Hilton Street, Easton PA 18046 - Our doors are open Monday thru Saturday, 10am to 5pm, Fridays til 8pm. Visit www.e-sarcoinc.com for directions. See for yourself all the goodies we have inside! Feel free to call ahead (610) 250-3960 or email info@sarcoinc.com and we’ll have your parts waiting for you! Please allow a few days especially for large and odd parts.

5) FAX your orders or inquiries to (610) 250-3961 OR MAIL them to: Sarco, Inc. 50 Hiliton Street, Easton PA 18046 - Please print, we have to read hundreds every day! Include your Name, Address + ZIPCODE and Telephone Number. Click here for a  PRINTABLE ORDER FORM (please understand, this "order form" is just a convenient print-out, intended for you to complete by hand and mail.  It is not designed as an actual form you can submit from your computer.)  List all items with their part numbers, prices, and what ad you saw them advertised in. Please add extra for shipping (see Shipping info below). Checks and money orders accepted. Please indicate whether your address is commercial or residential. If you are mailing us an inquiry or are requesting a specific parts list to be mailed back to you, be sure to include a SASE.

・ There is a $20.00 minimum on orders. All orders under $20.00 please add $5.00 for service charge.

・ There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.

Visa and MasterCard accepted. Sorry no COD’s. Too many bad guys out there spoiled it for you.

・ We offer 5 day inspection on all our merchandise, except special order items

・ Most orders ship within 7-14 days. All prices subject to change without notice.

Make a purchase over the phone! Call us at (610) 250-3960 and ask for the Gun Room. They will assist you with placing your order.

Make a purchase in our Showroom! Monday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm, Fridays til 8pm (50 Hilton St, Easton PA 18046)

・ Firearms advertised in our Shotgun News ad can be viewed on our website www.e-sarcoinc.com but can not be purchased online - yet! For now, please call to order.

RETURNS

We offer a 5-day inspection period on all of our merchandise, except for special order items which are not refundable. Items that state they are sold “as-is” are not returnable.

PHONE ORDERS, EMAILED, FAXED OR MAILED-IN ORDERS: You will need a Return Authorization Number to return something. Please email Robyn at returns@sarcoinc.com or call her at (610) 250-3960 ext.114 for a RT #. Feel free to contact her to check on the status of your return, credit or refund.

 

ONLINE ORDERS (placed via www.e-sarcoinc.com ) : Please visit www.e-sarcoinc.com and click the Return Policy link. Fill out the printable form and mail it back with your package. Feel free to email our e-Comm department at ecomm@sarcoinc.com  to check on the status of your return or call (610) 250-3960 and ask to be transferred to the e-Commerce Department.

 We do not refund any shipping cost unless the error/problem causing the return is our fault.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

 Please note: Sarco’s responsibility for goods shipped ends when it leaves our door. Lost or damaged claims are the  responsibility of the claims carrier. We will assist in every way for you on claims to carriers.

OUR GUARANTEE - Our guarantee is simple and easy to understand. If you are not satisfied with any item received from us you have 5 days to return it for a replacement or a refund of the advertised price. All returns must be accompanied by a letter WITH YOUR INVOICE NUMBER and explanation of the problem. All returns must be in the same condition as you received them-any alterations or work will void the guarantee. Special order items not returnable. We can not accept returns on TOOLS unless the tool is defective. We do not refund any shipping costs unless the error/problem causing the return is our fault. Returns may be subject to 10% restocking charge. Send all shipments pre-paid. CODs will be refused. Any items returned due to customer’s error are subject to a 10% restocking charge. ($2.00 minimum). As we do not install the parts we sell, we cannot guarantee they will function when installed by others.
