Return Guarantee -
Our
guarantee is simple and easy to understand. If you
are not satisfied with any item received from us,
you have 5 days to return it for a
replacement or a refund of the advertised price. All returns must
by accompanied by a letter WITH YOUR INVOICE
NUMBER and explanation of the problem. All
returns must be in the same condition as you
received them - any alterations or work will void
the guarantee. Special order items are not
returnable. We do not refund any shipping costs
unless the error/problem causing the return is our
fault. Returns may be subject to a 10%
restocking charge. Send all shipments pre-paid. C.O.D.'s will be refused. Any items returned
due to customer's error are subject to a 10%
restocking charge ($2.00 minimum). NO
RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATIONS NUMBER. As we
don't install the parts we sell, we cannot
guarantee they will function when installed by
others. For proper function and safety, many
guns parts should be installed by a competent
gunsmith.

BACKORDER
DEPARTMENT
Sarco
deals in modern as well as obsolete and hard to
find merchandise and offers full and prompt refund
on any cancelled orders. We ship most of our
orders within 21 days, but because of the unique
service we provide and the new law requiring us to
state specific delivery times, which in some cases
we cannot do, we therefore can only accept orders
with buyers understanding of an unspecified time
and the buyers waiver of an exact delivery
notification. We will advise you on any
backordered items and will refund you immediately
upon your request. Thank you for your
understanding.
